| 4. CCAR - Recognized the need for continued financial support other than state funds. In 1976 the first project generating income was Clay County Aluminum Recycling. Additional projects were developed by networking with local businesses and bidding for contracts offered by local, state and federal governments.

5. CCAR - Current projects include the following:
- Lighthouse Learning Center. During 1997-98, 159 challenged children were served. Lighthouse Learning Center 1998-99 Projection: 188 challenged children will be served.
- Clay County Work Center. Customers: Ideal Corporation-12 challenged adults are employed, Food Lion-11 adults are employed.
- Custom Clearning and Restoration. Customers: General Services Administration (since 1993) - 11 adults are employed. Naval Air Depot (since 1988) - 42 adults are employed.
- Commissary Cleaning and Restocking. Customer: NAS Jax Commissary (since 1997) - 46 adults are employed.
- First Coast InfoServices. (Web Site development, and knowledge managment). Customers: RGC Mineral Sands, Supv. of Elections, Clay & Lee Counties, www.ClayBusiness.com, and www.DuvalBusiness.com - 3 adults are employed.
- Project W.E.L.C.O.M.E. (Supported Living). Serves 12 adults.

10. CCAR - In 1996-97 CCAR served 320 challenged children and adults.

11. CCAR - Purchased Village Mall to provide a permanent home for the Lighthouse Learning Center in 1997. This is scheduled to open in 1998.

12. CCAR - Utilizes over 1500 Volunteer hours of service to the mission each year.

13. CCAR - Long Term Goals:
- Complete required novations at main complex in Green Cove Springs.
- Secure National Contracts for Administrative Services.
- Provide cash reserve accounts for each program.
- By 2000 employ 200 challenged persons.
