Custom Cleaning And Restoration
CCAR's first Government Contract under the Javits Wager O'Day Act was awarded in 1988. This ACT enables not for profit organizations assisting the disabled to be assigned contracts that they are capable of managing. This was the largest janitorial contract awarded in the south at the Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP). This project has enabled CCAR to hired individuals from all over the Northeast Florida area. The contract includes 31 buildings and many acres of grounds.
CCAR employees provide janitorial services that include; floor care for tile and carpeted floors, office cleaning, trash removal, recycle services, restroom cleaning and servicing, and emergency calls. The grounds crew performs grass cutting, edging, weed eating, mulching and care of shrubs.
The CCAR crews are considered a member of the NADEP family of workers. A good partnership has been developed under the Project Management of Mary Jones, Betty Hunter and Debbie Jenks. The crew members are very pleased to wear the NADEP badge and work at the Navy Base.
